WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressmen Tom Rice (R-SC)*, Steve Stivers (R-OH), Jared Polis (D-CO), and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) will host a staff briefing titled "Tax and Trade Policy in the 114th Congress" on Thursday, January 29 in room 201 AB of the Capitol Hill Visitors Center. In the new Middle Market Indicator, a quarterly survey of middle market executives, 91 percent of executives indicated that tax issues were at least somewhat important to them, while 74 percent responded similarly when asked about trade legislation. This event will focus on these two crucial issue and the crucial role the middle market plays in the U.S. economy.
