WHAT PHASE ARE WE IN? |
Phase 2 started on March 31, 2021. The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) announced the Pfizer vaccine is now available to those aged 12+. You can find a more detailed listing here: https://scdhec.gov/covid19/covid-19-vaccine Distribution Information: South Carolina has completed Phase 1-A (Estimated Population of Phase 1-A: 1,296,246) Booster Shots: A third dose of mRNA vaccine is authorized for moderately to severely immunocompromised individuals, which are people with weakened immune systems. Although CDC does not recommend additional doses or booster shots for any other population at this time, HHS has announced a plan to begin offering COVID-19 vaccine booster shots this Fall. |

VACCINES FOR VETERANS |
Enrolled Veterans of all ages can receive the COVID-19 vaccine through the VA. Appointments are available in Hinesville, Savannah, Myrtle Beach and North Charleston. Call 843-789-6900 to schedule your appointment.
